Michael has a passion to encourage others to discover and utilize their gifts and talents in the vocation area in which they are called. He is currently compiling career information from individuals to help young people discover their life-track. This information will be available for individuals to obtain real-life input. It will be available online and be known as the Vocation Motivation Institute.
In October of 2010 Michael began helping The Strength Team on
the full-time staff. He helped plan upcoming crusades and also traveled as a road manager where he was asked to sing at local churches. It was then that he rediscovered his gift to sing. Michael helped Mike Hagen, The Strength Team president, found the team. The Strength Team presented its crusades in Michael's home church an unprecedented 13 straigth years winning thousands
to Christ.
